What Bowflex Xtreme® 2 SE Home Gym owners are saying...
From January to May I went from 210 lbs to 180 lbs. I had a Bullworker & Nordic Flex Gold to start helping change my flab to muscle. They were not working so in May I purchased a Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE. In just 4 weeks I cannot believe the difference in my strength & shape that I am in now in only 4 weeks as compared to several months with the others. What a great product. Thank you Bowflex.

Easy to use, the Bowflex has enabled me to expand my workouts to enhance my gains as a pro rock climber. I love the fluid motion of the weights, and how the design doesn't allow the use of momentum. Each muscle group gets targeted and worked exactly how I want it to. I'm impressed.

I have weight trained for several years now. I was looking for something to keep me home rather than in the gym. I liked the idea of this gym: all-in-one unit, low-impact, less joint strain. In theory, it was a great fit. However, in reality, it is just simply ineffective.
When training with free weights, I would feel at least a little sore after a good workout. With the bowflex, I got nothing. I would work extra hard just to get "the burn". After exhausting my muscles, I would recover very quickly and within an hour or two, would feel like I hadn't done anything at all. I did not notice any gains.
I am selling my bowflex and going back to free weights. Very disappointing.

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
I use my Bowflex on a daily basis. I love the machine and enjoy my workouts as a result of the ease of use of the machine. The "no cable changes between exercises" is a real time saver. I've had my Bowflex for 2 months now and have nothing negative to say about it. It's everything I'd hoped it would be and more. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about getting a home fitness gym. Keep up the good work!!

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
Did some research before purchasing this machine, and am completely satisfied we chose this one. Both my wife and I use it for strength training. It's challenging enough for me yet not overwhelming for her. There are so many exercises available, you don't feel like your workout is in a rut. Already seeing positive results after a month. Can't wait to see what we look like after six months!

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
Well, I just received my Xtreme SE this week and putting it together was a breeze. I must say this is the first time in a long while that a company took the time to make assembly a piece of cake. Also, this is a well made piece of equipment, for which I was pleasantly surprised.

Putting this machine together was very easy for me. I got the 310 pounds of resistance upgrade right when I bought it. If you are in your 20's or 30's the 310 upgrade is definitely needed.

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
I have had my Extreme 2 gym for about 4 years , its good for working out for general fitness but not for the serious person for wanting an bodybuilders physique ! the 5 & 10 lbs rods wear out too fast ! but all in all good for the beginner for the kick start to good health and exercise!

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
I use the product about every other day for strength training. I am a little disasppointed in the system. The cables are jerky and the machine in noisy. It is not the assembly of the unit as I am 100% positive it is correct. Frankly, it isn't as good as the basic unit I used to have. If it didn't cost so much to return, I would.

Comments about Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym:
I use it frequently to increase my strength. The extra power rods and the preacher curl we a great addition. My only issue with it is that doing squats is hard to do because of how low you need to do to get under the bar. Also doing quad lifts is tough because or the setup of the machine. Its a great workout machine though and would definatly recommend it.
