Comments about Bowflex Tricep Rope:
The thickness is perfect and the end caps are good, but the rope is just to long for me. If it was 35 inches I could use it on the end caps. I never used gloves till I bought this thing. Hook it up to the bottom pulleys and pull up and at the top seperate your hands to the sides keeping muscles flex and it will wipe you out. Hook to the top pulleys and pull down and seperate keeping flexed and it will explode your triceps. also use as a hammer pull and rows.
